Goodbye, Fair!
We went to the Alabama National Fair in 2013 and wrote it up for Midtown Montgomery Living. It’s such a colorful and visually interesting experience, we even devoted another whole post to photos, including some gems from the Ferris Wheel and some of the Frisbee dogs. We went again last year, framing our post as consumer advice. This year, we waited until the fair’s last day, and we were glad that we moved things around on our schedule to attend before the fair departed for another year. We didn’t let the threat of rain dampen our enthusiasm. We enjoyed a tasty lemonade amid the crippling heat. Here are a few views from one of our city’s most fun annual attractions.
